Hello everyone, hope you all had a great weekend and some really amazing time in the sun 🙂
Here is the recipe of a really good raw blueberry cake, nam nam.
6 dl walnuts or almonds
6 or 7 dates (take out the stone inside)
1 tbs agave nectar
1/2 tsp vanilla powder
Run in the food processor until the cake base becomes sticky. Then put it in a cake tin.
7,5 dl cashew nuts
1,8 dl coconut milk
1 dl lemon juice (pressed from a lemon)
2 dl agave nectar or honey
1 tsp vanilla powder
2 tbsp lechitin powder
1 tbsp lucuma powder
2,5 dl coconut oil
5 dl blueberrys
Mix everything until it becomes creamy. Pour over the cake bottom and decorate with plenty of fresh berries. Put the cake into the refrigerator overnight.
